Responsibilities:
- Managing daily food service operations.
- Organizing staff work schedules.
- Purchasing supplies and equipment.
- Ensuring safe storage and preparation of food, which meets all standards and guidelines.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Certification by the Association of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals or ability to complete certification process - company willing to pay/reimburse for cost of course for the right candidate.
- Completion of a Certified Dietary Manager Exam.
- 2 years in foodservice management.
